Your details, and what we do with them
We ask only for what we need to answer you and to host your stay.
What we collect
When you send a request from a room's page: your name, an email address or a phone number (or both), your dates, how many guests, and, if you add them, your country and a message.
When you call, WhatsApp or email us: what you send us there. The website itself keeps no account for you and asks for nothing else.
What we use it for
To answer your request, to arrange and host your stay, and to keep the record of your booking. We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for theirs.
Who sees it
The lodge's team who look after bookings. The companies that host our website and send our email store it on our behalf, for nothing else.
Before a request is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a program, is sending it. Cloudflare processes technical details of your browser for that check.
Cookies
The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and keeps no record of what you read.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at [email protected] or +977 974 552 2082, and we will. We keep a booking's record for as long as the law asks us to.
